Lost Passport — Non-Singapore Citizens

1. Report the loss immediately at any police station, neighbourhood police centre, or police post — this applies island-wide, not just at Marina Bay.
2. Contact your embassy, high commission, or consular office to apply for a replacement or emergency travel document. Most foreign missions in Singapore are concentrated in the Tanglin/Napier Road area, roughly 15-20 minutes by taxi from Marina Bay rather than a walkable distance — this isn’t a Marina Bay-specific gap, it’s simply where Singapore’s diplomatic district sits relative to the bay. Lost Passport — Singapore Citizens

The more realistic risks on the night are the ordinary ones that come with any dense crowd: petty theft and pickpocketing in the packed waterfront areas, and separation from your group if phone signal gets congested.
